Active development projects all along University Dr. For people who are thinking of buying in Fort Worth (or anywhere really) I think it is really important to consider the context of the location where you are buying. There are a lot of factors to consider when thinking of where you want to buy a house! Maybe walkability is really important, and you would like to be able to walk to the grocery store to get your food for the week. Fort Worth is planning to extend the Trinity Trail system in 2026. Construction is underway. The bridge doesn’t exist yet but hopefully sometime soon something similar to this will be reality.
