I am so thankful to finally have the cast off of my right wrist. The wrist is not completely healed, but it’s nice to be able to let it breathe a little bit. This injury has definitely helped me to appreciate the moments when everything in the body is working properly!

I am always interesting in trying new places and I had never heard of the place before, so I went in to see what I could find for a quick lunch. Fort Worth is planning to extend the Trinity Trail system in 2026. Construction is underway. The bridge doesn’t exist yet but hopefully sometime soon something similar to this will be reality.
